Returns & Exchanges

After ordering

Once your order is complete you will receive an email containing your Order Confirmation Number. Please use this order number for queries.

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Accessories that are in-stock usually ship within 2-3 working days. Made to order gowns take 4-5 months.
Estimated delivery times are 2-3 working days within South Africa or 5-10 days for international shipping.

Shipping & Duties

We deliver worldwide and package your dress and accessories with care. Your dress will be checked by strict quality control before being sent. From the day of ordering your dress delivery takes 4-5 months.

Please note that cost of delivery will be added to international orders. Depending on weight and size of the dress, the delivery ranges from $100-$150.


Please make yourself aware of possible extra fees by contacting your local customs office for more information.

International orders may be *charged with import duties* and taxes upon entering your country. Payment of any duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery and be the *responsibility of the recipient*.


Our label takes pride in producing wedding dresses of a high standard. All of our gowns undergo a thorough control process to ensure an immaculate finish.

If you were sent the wrong color, size or style, please report the issue to us within 2 days of delivery.
In the very rare event of a manufacturing issue, items can be returned for an exchange.

On the below conditions we can accept a refund on gowns which were bought without style changes.

-Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. 
– Returned with a valid Return Confirmation number.
-Garment sent back within 4 days of confirmation.
– Garments must be returned in original condition (unaltered, undamaged, unwashed) and still have the tags attached.
– Returned with proof of purchase and accompanied with original packaging.  
– Dress has not been exchanged previously.

You are responsible for ensuring the package is safely returned to us, why we recommend using a trackable courier service.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

We are unfortunately unable to accept refunds in the following instances:

-If changes have been ordered

-If there has been delays caused by customs or postal services

-If the item was bought on sale

If you have changed your mind
We will not approve any refunds for personal reason such as if you imagined the dress will look different or a change of preference.

If we have received incorrect information
You are responsible for providing us with the right specifications. Please review your order carefully.

If the wedding got cancelled
We can not offer a refund if the wedding plans change. We can however help you on guidelines of how and where to sell your dress.

If you didn’t allow enough time when ordering
Please allow enough time when purchasing your dress. If you need a rush order, please notify us.
