Our label takes pride in producing wedding dresses of a high international standard. All of our gowns undergo a strict quality control process to ensure an impeccable fit and finish.

If some some reason you were sent the wrong color or style, please report the issue to us within 10 days of delivery date.
In the extremely unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing issue items can be returned for a replacement or repair.

On the below conditions we can accept a refund on made to order gowns in unaltered standard sizes which were bought as per the catalog. (No style changes)

>Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your garment. 
> RAN (return approval number) to be approved via email and RA number allocated.
>Once confirmed, we must receive your garment within 7 days of RAN confirmation if located in South Africa or 21 days if located overseas.
>Garments must be returned in original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached) and in the original packaging. 
>Garments returned to be accompanied with proof of purchase.  
> Garments have not been exchanged or refunded previously.
You are responsible for ensuring the package is safely returned to us, why we recommend you to us only an insured courier service and send with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit, by postal services or shipping services.

Please write the RAN number on the outside of your parcel to help us identify your return and address the parcel to: 

The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless in the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault.
You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

We are unfortunately unable to accept refunds in the following instances:

If changes have been ordered on the dress.
The dress is non-refundable due to having been made specifically to your request. This means where a customization was ordered, such as custom sleeves, modified neckline or back, shorter or longer train, skirt length, unique color or added/ excluded detail, a refund is not possible due to the gown being made to your unique request.
If made-to-measure has been requested
If you bought your dress in Cape Town made to your unique measurements, we unfortunately can not offer return or exchanges as the dress have undergone an individual pattern making process.
If there has been delays caused by courier, custom or postal services
No refunds will be approved for unforeseen circumstances which Sheer Bride does not have control over. If your dress arrived after the wedding and got delayed in the post, we are not able to issue a refund .
If the item was bought on sale
Unless there is an error in the manufacturing process, we don’t accept returns on sale items.
If you have changed your mind
We will not approve any refunds for personal reason such as if you imagined the dress will look different, the fit on you or a change of style preference. We are not able to return the dress if you since your purchase found another dress and decided against the one purchased from Sheer Bride.
If we have received incorrect information
You are responsible for providing us with the right dress specifications such as color, style, and size, as well as the correct delivery address and contact details. Please review your order carefully!
If the wedding got cancelled
We can not offer a refund if the wedding plans change.
If you didnt allow enough time when ordering
We will do our best to accommodate rush orders when we receive the request. Gowns are made from scratch and will take 4-5 months to be perfected. Please allow enough time when purchasing your dress. If you need a rush order, please notify us when purchasing.
